Nasal Release Technique (NRT)

Nasal Release Technique (NRT) is a specialized therapy focused on relieving cranial and sinus pressure to improve airflow and reduce tension in the face and head. This hands-on technique involves gentle pressure inside the nasal passages, which helps open sinus pathways, relieve chronic congestion, and reduce symptoms of conditions like headaches, TMJ disorders, and post-concussion discomfort. NRT works by promoting balance in the cranial structures, which can lead to a significant reduction in head and facial pain. Individuals often experience significant pain relief and improved overall well-being as a result. NTR enhances cranial fluid dynamics, optimizing cerebrospinal fluid flow, which promotes better brain function and waste removal.
By addressing cranial imbalances, NTR can alleviate symptoms such as chronic headaches, cognitive difficulties, and emotional instability, while also improving neurological recovery. It supports proper brain nourishment and oxygenation, aiding in recovery from traumatic brain injuries.

Additionally, NTR improves nerve function by relieving impingements in the cranial nerves caused by misalignments. As a result, individuals may experience a reduction in nerve-related symptoms, such as tingling, numbness, or radiating pain.
